These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SepticSmart, a platform that connects property owners, representatives, and businesses with septic service providers. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

SepticSmart provides a marketplace connecting customers with independent septic service companies. SepticSmart is not itself a septic service provider and is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or quality of work performed by companies using the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a service request.

3. Service Providers

Companies listed on SepticSmart are independent businesses, not employees or agents of SepticSmart. Agreements for service, pricing, and scheduling are between you and the service provider directly.

4. Payments

Where payments are processed through the platform, they are handled via a third-party payment processor. SepticSmart does not store full payment card details.

5. Limitation of Liability

SepticSmart is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SepticSmart disclaims liability for damages arising from your use of the platform or services obtained through it.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
